    If you coach any sport, at any level, any age group (from kids to adults) then this course is for you.

  • Can I use the downloadable activities with my athletes?

    Yes, you can. You will use them on yourself in this course as this is about developing your own mental toughness. However, those activities can also be downloaded and used with children and adults at any level.

Steve came to our school and worked with cricketers from U12 through to U18 level. He also ran a session with over 20 of our sports scholars. All the sessions were very well planned, interactive and had a good balance of theoretical and practical activities. I’m Steve Dent, founder of Pro Mind. I played cricket for most of my life and have coached for the past 12 years. I was the Gloucestershire County U13 boys coach from 2010 – 2015 and also worked with the county boys U11’s and U17’s during the winter programmes. From 2015 – 2018, I was the head coach of Gloucestershire County Women and led the team to two T20 promotions and in 3 years we only lost two 50 over matches. For 4 years, I was part of the Gloucestershire Cricket Board’s coach education team and ran several Level 2 courses and CPD modules. Experience and Qualifications I was the boys age group coach for Gloucestershire Cricket Board U11 to U17 (2010 - 2015). Head Coach - Gloucestershire County Women (2015 - 2018). ECB Level 3 Performance Coach. Gloucestershire coach of the year (2014) Gloucestershire Cricket Board Coach Education Tutor. Master Practitioner in Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP).
